By 2016 the UK Corporate Bond market was experiencing phenomenal growth in investor demand and new product issuers. In this same period, UK EIS investment surpassed £1 billion per annum in invested capital.
A network of FSMA compliance specialists, valuable Professional Investors, specialist law firms and regulatory advisers have been consulted during this period, with hundreds of corporate bond issues and EIS companies being reviewed.
